Blueberry Greek Yogurt Popsicles

blueberry Greek yogurt popsiclesMy husband and I have dessert almost every night. Sometimes it’s a real-deal special dessert, like Angel Food Cake and whipped cream, but more often it’s a few dark chocolate chips or frozen fruit {if you’ve never had frozen cherries, you MUST}. There’s something so satisfying about having something sweet after dinner. The key is to make good-for-you foods taste like good dessert!

Oh, and to make healthy foods EASY. That’s the only way they stand a chance next to convenience foods. These popsicles have just two ingredients, and probably ones you already have in your fridge.

Blueberry Greek Yogurt Popsicles are excellent at satisfying a sweet tooth and have protein and fiber to satisfy your appetite. They’re ideal for kids, who need the calcium in the yogurt. Older adults, too, need calcium and may benefit from research findings that blueberries are linked to improved memory, neuron signaling and brain health in aging.

If your sweet tooth is calling for chocolate, these Zebra Popsicles are made with dark chocolate pudding. Or my Key Lime Pie Popsicles have a tasty, crunchy white chocolate & graham cracker topping. Have fun with your healthy desserts this summer, friends! 🌞🌴🚣🏾🐠
